Purchase Guidelines

We’ve gathered the most frequently asked questions to help you quickly find what you’re looking for.

Purchase Information

All bookings must be made online directly from the experience page you are interested in:

  • Select the Book option.
  • Choose the number of participants, date and time.
  • Click Proceed to Checkout.
  • Go to your Cart and click Proceed to Payment.
  • Enter your details and select your preferred payment method.
  • Your request has been submitted!

The amount will only be pre-authorized: no charge will be made until your booking is confirmed by Allure srls, within a maximum of 48 hours.

No, registration is not required.

For a standard booking request, the date must be selected immediately and cannot be chosen later.

If you prefer to purchase an experience without selecting a date, you can buy an Open-Date Gift Voucher.

You will find it on the activity page by selecting Gift in the booking box.

The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

If your booking request is not confirmed, it will be cancelled and the pre-authorized amount will be released with no charge.

If you prefer to choose an alternative date/time, we will suggest available options so you can proceed with a final booking.

After submitting your booking request, you will receive a response within a maximum of 48 hours.

If you request an activity for today or tomorrow, urgent dates are handled with priority and we will reply in time for you to organise your schedule.

It depends on the experience. The provider will assess whether the activity can take place.

Gift Voucher Information

A Gift Voucher is an open-date ticket valid for 12 months from the purchase date.

It’s the perfect option if you want to gift an experience while allowing the recipient to choose when to enjoy it.

To purchase it:

  • Visit the activity page.
  • Click Gift.
  • Select the number of participants.
  • Click Buy Now.
  • Go to your Cart and click Proceed to Payment.
  • Enter your details and choose the payment method.
  • You will receive the personalised voucher by email in PDF format.

Gift Vouchers are not nominal, so you can enter your own personal details during the purchase.

Once the recipient has chosen a date, they can book directly on the Allure website.

They must select the gifted experience and follow the standard booking steps, entering the voucher code in the Promo Code field.

Please note that this is a request for availability: the provider will confirm the date or propose alternative dates/times.

You will receive the Gift Voucher via email immediately after payment, sent to the email address provided at checkout. The voucher is delivered as a PDF file, ready to print or forward.

Gift Vouchers are non-refundable.

The cancellation and refund terms displayed in the Cancellation Policy section apply.

Experience Details

You will receive the provider’s contact details via email one week before the experience date.

The exact meeting point will be communicated directly by the experience provider.

Payment Methods, Returns & Refunds

You can pay with any credit card belonging to the Visa, Mastercard, or American Express circuits.

We also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

Bank transfers, checks, and on-site cash payments are not accepted.

For fixed-date bookings, the charge will only occur after confirmation. Until then, the payment remains pre-authorized and no amount will be deducted until you receive our confirmation email.

For Gift Vouchers, the charge is immediate at the end of the purchase process.

Processing time depends on your bank and the type of transaction. On average, refunds take 5–10 days.

If the payment was only pre-authorized (not charged), it will simply be released. This reversal may take just a few hours, or up to a couple of days.
