How do I book an experience?
All bookings must be made online directly from the experience page you are interested in:
- Select the Book option.
- Choose duration, number of participants, and preferred date.
- Click Check Availability.
- Enter your details and select the payment method.
- Your booking request will be submitted!
The amount will only be pre-authorized: you will not be charged until the booking is confirmed, within a maximum of 48 hours.
Do I need to register to make a booking?
No, registration is not required.
Can I select the date later?
If you submit a standard booking request, you must choose a date immediately; it cannot be added later.
If you prefer to purchase an experience without choosing a date right away, you can buy an Open-Date Gift Voucher.
You’ll find it on the activity page by selecting the Gift option in the booking box.
The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
What happens if my chosen date is not available?
If your booking request cannot be confirmed, it will be canceled and the pre-authorized amount will be released, with no charge applied.
When will I receive the booking confirmation email?
You will receive feedback within 48 hours maximum after submitting your booking request.
If you requested an activity for today or tomorrow, last-minute bookings are prioritized and you will receive a timely reply.
What happens in case of bad weather?
It depends on the experience. The provider will assess feasibility.
If the activity is canceled due to weather, you will be able to reschedule on a new date.
Gift Voucher Information
What is a Gift Voucher?
The ALLURE Gift Voucher is an open-date voucher valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
It’s the perfect option if you want to give an experience while allowing the recipient to choose when to enjoy it.
How to purchase a Gift Voucher:
- Go to the activity page of your choice.
- Click on Gift.
- Select the number of participants.
- Enter your details and select the payment method.
- You will receive your personalized PDF voucher via email.
Prices are not displayed on the voucher.
Do I need to enter my details or the recipient’s details?
Gift Vouchers are non-nominal, so you may enter your own details when purchasing.
How do I book an experience using a voucher?
Once you have chosen your date, you can contact the activity supplier directly using the contact details provided on the voucher.
Please note this is a request for availability: the supplier of the experience will confirm if the date is available or offer alternative options.
Always remember to include your Voucher ID when contacting the provider.
When and how will I receive the voucher?
The voucher is sent via email immediately after payment, to the address provided during checkout.
It arrives as a PDF file, ready to print or forward as a gift.
Can I request a refund for a voucher?

What happens if an experience purchased with a voucher is cancelled?
The cancellation and refund terms displayed in the Cancellation Policy section apply.
Activity Details
Where can I find the meeting point address?
The exact address is provided upon booking confirmation.
You will receive it via email if you submitted a booking request, or directly on the voucher if you purchased a Gift Voucher.
Can I have the guide’s contact details?
Guide contacts are provided once your booking request is confirmed.
You will receive them via email if you booked directly, or
find them listed on your Gift Voucher.
Can I cancel and get a refund?

Which payment methods are accepted?
You may pay with any credit or prepaid card (including Postepay), as long as it belongs to the Visa, Mastercard, or American Express circuits.
Payments via Apple Pay and PayPal are also accepted.
Bank transfers, checks, or cash payments on site are NOT allowed.
When will my card be charged?
For bookings with a fixed date: the charge will only be made after confirmation. Until then, your payment remains a pre-authorization only; no funds are withdrawn until you receive our confirmation email.
For Gift Vouchers: the charge is applied immediately upon purchase.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refund timing depends on the transaction type and your bank, usually between 5–10 business days.
If the amount was only pre-authorized (and not charged), it will be released as a cancellation of the hold, which may take a few hours to a few days.
