The Client acknowledges that travel programs may be subject to changes.
The following cancellation conditions therefore apply:
– Free Cancellation: The Client may cancel the booked tour without any penalty up to seven (7) calendar days prior to the agreed service start date.
Cancellations received after this deadline will not be entitled to any refund, unless otherwise expressly authorized in writing by the Operator.
– Weather Conditions and Force Majeure: Although Lake Como can be enjoyed under various conditions, the Operator places primary importance on the safety and comfort of its Clients.
In the event that adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Operator make navigation unsafe:
– Rescheduling: The Operator will make reasonable efforts to offer the Client an alternative date and/or time for the tour, subject to the availability of both the Client and the Operator’s fleet.
– Full Refund: Should rescheduling not be possible, the Operator will provide a full refund of all amounts paid for the canceled service.
No additional costs, penalties, or administrative fees will be applied.
The assessment of safe navigation conditions will be carried out at the sole discretion of the Operator or the appointed skipper, and such decision shall be considered final.
– Punctuality and Boarding: In order to ensure the proper execution of the service and the full duration of the experience, the Client is required to arrive at the pier indicated at the time of booking at least ten (10) minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.
Failure to arrive on time may result in a reduction of the tour duration or, in more serious cases, the total loss of the service, with no entitlement to any refund.
The skipper will welcome the Client at the scheduled time and will duly commence the experience.
